How to request a refund
Email support@bettereverydaystore.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within one business day.
Technical issues come first
If the problem is a damaged file or a download that will not work, tell us. In most cases, we can fix or resend it right away, and you keep the product.
What is not eligible
Because files are delivered instantly and can be copied, we may decline refunds where a product has been fully downloaded and used without a stated issue. Sale or bundle items may carry their own terms, noted at purchase.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your provider, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
